Most token launchpads keep the economics off-chain: fees land in a team wallet, liquidity can be pulled after migration, and holders have to trust a dashboard. ARCTIS moves those guarantees into a Solana program. The bonding curve, the fee split, the anti-sniper window and the graduation path are enforced by the ARCTIS launch program, and every share of every fee is recorded in an on-chain ledger that anyone can audit.
ARCTIS is a launchpad and trading terminal for Solana and Robinhood Chain tokens. It combines token creation, a full trading terminal, a live token scanner, cross-venue swaps and perpetuals in one interface, with funds kept in the user's own wallet. Platform revenue is routed back to the ecosystem through creator fees, holder fee shares, referral payouts, creator rewards and a daily buyback and burn of $ARCTIS.
This paper describes the system as it is implemented today. Every parameter below is taken from the deployed program and services, not from a target design.
Platform overview
ARCTIS is one product with four layers: launch, trade, social and distribution.
Launch
Create a token in three steps on four venues: ARCTIS Native (our own program), PumpFun, Raydium LaunchLab and Meteora DBC. On Robinhood Chain, tokens launch on the ARCTIS Curve and graduate to Uniswap V2.
Token terminal
One layout for every token, ARCTIS-launched or external: TradingView chart, market stats, holders, live swaps, safety and rug checks, bubble map, token locks and a trade ticket
Pulse
Live scanner of new pairs, final-stretch and migrated tokens across PumpFun, PumpSwap, Raydium, Meteora and ARCTIS, with one-click buys
Swap and perpetuals
Aggregator-routed swaps for any Solana token, EVM swaps on Robinhood Chain, and perpetual futures through Hyperliquid
Social
Fudder (public bullish or bearish theses with tracked P&L), token and global community rooms, trader leaderboards
Wallets
Sign in with Google, email or X; an embedded wallet is created automatically. External wallets such as Phantom are supported. ARCTIS never holds user funds
Data
A public, read-only HTTP API for tokens, trades, candles, holders and $ARCTIS supply
Launch protocol
An ARCTIS Native launch is a single transaction to the ARCTIS launch program (Qb5drtzeTMdru8fNPSCo926ncSLweCFjUVsbgp4arct). The program mints the full supply into its own vault, revokes the mint authority in the same instruction, and opens the bonding curve. The curve parameters are not chosen by the creator: release builds accept only the standard curve, so a transaction sent directly to the program cannot bypass the terms shown in the app.
Standard curve
Supply
1,000,000,000 tokens, 6 decimals, mint authority revoked at creation
Curve inventory
800,000,000 tokens (80%) sold on the curve
Liquidity reserve
200,000,000 tokens (20%) reserved for the DEX pool
Price function
Linear: the price of the next token rises by a fixed step with every token sold
Start price
0.00000005625 SOL per token
Final curve price
0.00000015625 SOL per token
Graduation target
85 SOL in the curve reserve, reached when all 800M tokens are sold
Mint address
Every Native mint ends in arct; the suffix is checked by the program
P(s) = (a + b·s) / k
R(s) = (2·a·s + b·s²) / (2·k)
a = 450,000,000,000,000
b = 1
k = 8,000,000,000,000,000,000
s = base units sold
R(800M tokens) = 85 SOL
P is the price in lamports per base unit and R the curve reserve in lamports after s base units (6 decimals) are sold. Buys and sells settle against the curve reserve, which the program holds until graduation. Because the reserve is a closed-form function of tokens sold, the program verifies before graduation that the vault holds exactly the amount the curve requires.
Launch protections
Trading engine
Every trade is built server-side, shown with venue, minimum received, price impact, fee and gas, and signed in the user's wallet. The server never signs on behalf of users with external wallets.
Curve execution
Native buys and sells call the launch program directly. The 1% fee is taken inside the same instruction and split across six on-chain ledger buckets
Routing
Graduated and external Solana tokens route through the Jupiter aggregator; Robinhood Chain tokens trade on Uniswap V2 from on-chain reserves
Instant Buy
Optional one-click buys with preset amounts. Embedded wallets sign without a popup. Orders are rate-limited, capped per order, and buys above 25% price impact are refused unless explicitly confirmed
Gas
Trades from the embedded ARCTIS wallet are gas-sponsored up to 20 transactions per wallet per rolling 24 hours (40 for partner referrals); beyond that the wallet pays
Protection
Slippage limits, priority fee presets and MEV protection on by default
Perpetuals
Hyperliquid perpetuals with orders signed by a browser agent key that cannot withdraw funds
Real-time data
Prices, trades and candles stream to clients over WebSocket from the ARCTIS index. The browser never reads the chain directly; it only signs
Market making and algorithmic trading
A separate engine provides two-sided liquidity for $ARCTIS and active Native curves: a volatility-adjusted spread, inventory skew and rebalancing across a wallet fleet. Risk limits are enforced in code: per-wallet and global exposure caps, a daily drawdown that halts the engine automatically, a wash-trade guard that blocks opposite-side orders within a minimum round-trip time, a circuit breaker after three failures and an admin kill switch effective within one tick. Every action is journaled with its reasoning before a transaction is built. Algorithmic strategies run in shadow mode and can only go live after passing a backtest gate.
Liquidity
Graduation
When the curve reserve reaches 85 SOL, curve trading stops and the program releases the 200M liquidity reserve and the raised SOL for migration. A graduation crank creates a Raydium CPMM pool with the reserve tokens, any AutoLP contributions and the raised SOL net of a graduation cost reserve. All migration costs are paid from the token's own curve SOL, never from platform or creator funds.
LP tokens
Locked permanently in the Raydium LP-Lock program. Nobody, including the creator and ARCTIS, can withdraw the liquidity. Launches under the first terms burned their LP tokens instead
Pool fee tier
Pinned at launch by the on-chain launch terms hash; the crank refuses to create a pool with a different tier
Post-graduation fees
LP trading fees are claimed by the platform crank and deposited back into the launch's fee vault with the same six-way split as curve fees, so creators keep earning after migration
Crash safety
Each graduation step persists its transaction signature before broadcast and is reconciled against chain state, so a retry can never double-spend
Robinhood Chain launches graduate to Uniswap V2 at a creator-selected target of 0.5, 1, 2 or 5 ETH, and their LP tokens are burned.
Fee structure
ARCTIS Native curve: 1% per trade
The program splits the fee inside the trade transaction. Each share accrues in its own bucket of the launch's fee vault and is visible on-chain.
0.5% (minimum $0.10); 25% to the referrer when referred
Robinhood Chain curve
1% per trade
Perpetuals
0.1% builder fee on entry orders; closes, reduce-only and TP/SL orders are free
External venues
PumpFun, Raydium LaunchLab and Meteora DBC charge their own fee schedules, shown in the quote
Network
Solana network fees and account rent, shown in the quote; sponsored when eligible
Fees are fixed in the program: a launch with a fee other than 1% is rejected. Live fee totals are on Earnings.
$ARCTIS tokenomics
$ARCTIS is the platform token. It was launched on pump.fun on Solana in October 2026 with a 1,000,000,000 initial supply at 6 decimals. Supply only goes down: there is no mint authority, and burns are permanent.

Utility and value accrual
Fee share — 20% of every Native curve fee and 30% of every creation fee accrue to the $ARCTIS holder bucket on-chain.
Buyback & burn — 10% of curve fees, 20% of creation fees and 30% of the treasury share distributed by the platform buy $ARCTIS on the open market and burn it.
Market depth — the market making engine quotes $ARCTIS by default, within its exposure and drawdown limits.
Burn mechanism
The buyback share of each launch's fee vault can only leave through a permissionless sweep into a dedicated buyback vault. The program blocks it from being withdrawn to the treasury.
A daily buyback run moves the available budget to the buyback wallet, together with the buyback share of platform revenue, once it exceeds the 0.01 SOL minimum.
Revenue distribution
The platform treasury share of Native launch fees, including fees earned after graduation, is collected by a permissionless crank into a fee distributor wallet. Once per hour the distributor splits its free balance in one atomic transaction:

Automated payouts
Buyback bot
Daily (currently 01:00 UTC). Buys and burns $ARCTIS as described above
Rewards bot
Weekly. Pays the creators of the top 10 tokens ranked by clean volume. Creator trades are excluded, a token needs at least 10 distinct traders, and buy-sell round trips within 10 minutes count as wash trading
Affiliate bot
Pays referrers their accrued share; referrers can also claim at any time above 0.01 SOL
Fudder rewards
Pays SOL for unique views on Fudder posts when view rewards are enabled
Every bot spends only its own wallet's live balance, respects per-run caps and a treasury kill switch, and persists each transfer signature before broadcast so a crash or timeout can never cause a double payout. Creator fees are never sent automatically: creators claim them from the launch's fee vault.
Security
Verified program
The launch program is open source at ArctisFun/arctis-contracts, built reproducibly and verified on-chain by OtterSec, with an embedded security.txt
Non-custodial
Funds stay in user wallets. The program holds curve assets only while the curve is active; during migration the raised SOL and reserve tokens are held by the platform authority until the pool is created. If ARCTIS servers go down, curve funds remain on-chain
Fixed terms
Supply, curve, fee rate and mint suffix are validated by the program; the launch terms and LP rights are committed as hashes at creation
No minting
The mint authority is revoked in the creation instruction
Exit always open
The platform pause stops new launches and buys only. Sells through the curve are never paused
Separated funds
The buyback budget cannot be withdrawn to the treasury; creator fees can only be paid to the creator; fee withdrawals are capped by on-chain unpaid balances
Key separation
The program upgrade authority is a dedicated key, separate from operational keys. System wallets use an encrypted keystore, and cranks use capped fee payers without authority over principal
Operations
Kill switches for treasury and market making, circuit breakers, admin actions behind TOTP step-up, rate limits on public endpoints, transaction decoding against a program allowlist before engine signing
Bug bounty
Valid reports are rewarded by impact; report through Report a bug
Roadmap & vision
The goal is one terminal where launching and trading tokens is safe by construction and where platform revenue flows back to creators, holders and $ARCTIS through rules that are enforced on-chain rather than promised. Work in progress:
Multi-chain EVM — trading and token pages for Ethereum, Arbitrum, Base, BNB Chain, Avalanche and Arc, with per-chain controls.
Developer and agent API — API keys, metered endpoints, alerts and a Pro tier paid in SOL.
Automated holder distribution — on-chain payout of the launched-token and $ARCTIS holder fee buckets, which today accrue in each launch's fee vault.
Algorithmic trading — strategies stay in shadow mode until they pass the out-of-sample evidence gate.
Items ship only after they pass verification; until then they are not available on arctis.fun.
Risks & disclaimer
Tokens launched on ARCTIS are created by independent users. Most lose value, and any token can lose its entire value. Bonding curves, protections and locked liquidity reduce specific risks but are not insurance. Safety, rug and bubble-map results are heuristics, not guarantees. $ARCTIS is a utility token with no claim on ARCTIS revenue beyond the on-chain mechanics described here, and nothing in this paper is investment advice. Parameters may change for new launches; existing launches keep the terms committed on-chain at creation. See Terms & privacy.
Anti-sniper
Mandatory. A launch and its first buy cannot share a slot. During the first slots each wallet may hold at most a capped share of the curve supply: 1% for 5 slots by default, configurable from 0.1% to 10% and up to 150 slots. Settings must be set in the creation slot, so they can never be loosened once trading opens
AntiDump
Optional. The top 10 holders in a daily on-chain snapshot can each sell at most 50% of their snapshot balance per UTC day through the curve
AutoLP
Optional. The program keeps a top-10 board ranked by curve net buys. Board members' buys are held in a per-holder vault; at graduation 30% of each member's held tokens join the pool and 70% are released to the wallet. Members can exit fully after 24 hours on the board or if the market cap falls more than 30% below their entry
Other venues use their own programs and rules: PumpFun graduates to PumpSwap, Raydium LaunchLab to Raydium CPMM, Meteora DBC to DAMM v2. ARCTIS protections apply to Native launches only. Details are in the documentation.
The wallet buys $ARCTIS through Jupiter with slippage and price-impact limits, then burns the full balance with a BurnChecked instruction.
Every burn of the mint is indexed from chain history — buyback burns, holder burns and program burns — priced at burn time and published on Burn history. The indexed total matches the reduction of the on-chain supply.
